(A) Required. No person shall sell or offer for sale any table water in the city without first obtaining a license therefor.
(B) Applications. In addition to the license application requirements of Chapter 801, an application for the license shall include the source of the applicant’s water supply.
(C) Issuance. Upon the recommendation of the President of the Board of Health, the Mayor may issue the license.
