For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
STATIONERY AND BOOK STORE. Any building, room or enclosure, premises, place, establishment or part of establishment in the city operated, maintained or conducted for the sale, or offering or keeping for sale, of stationery supplies of any kind or description, periodicals and books.
