§ 866.04 VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS.

A vehicle used by a scavenger in his or her business shall be watertight and equipped with airtight covers for the portions of the vehicle as are used for the transportation of refuse. No vehicle shall be driven over or through any street or alley of the city unless the permit issued under this chapter is permanently affixed inside the cab of the vehicle.
