§ 866.02 LICENSE APPLICATIONS.

An application for the permit required in § 866.01 shall be made to the City Collector and shall contain the full name of the applicant, the address of his or her main office, the number of trucks proposed to be used by the applicant in the city for the coming year and any other information the Collector deems necessary.
