§ 864.07 PROHIBITED ACTS.

It shall be unlawful for any person or entity engaged in the business of buying or selling precious metals or gem stones or any other person or entity licensed pursuant to this chapter to purchase any catalytic converter from any person or entity other than a duly licensed automotive related business as defined in Chapter 809 of this code.
