For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PRINTING ESTABLISHMENT. Any building, room, enclosure, premises, place, establishment or part of an establishment in the city, which is operated, maintained or conducted for the sale, offering or keeping for sale of printing of all varieties and descriptions.
