§ 858.08 ABANDONMENT.

A newsstand shall be considered abandoned if it is not used as a newsstand for six consecutive months. An abandoned newsstand shall be demolished, at the owner’s expense, after proper notice and a hearing by the Director of Neighborhood Affairs.
