For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MUSIC STORE. Any room or premises operated, maintained or conducted for the sale or offering or keeping for sale of music, sheet music, radios, pianos, talking machines, music records, band instruments or other musical instruments.
