Every person who operates or conducts a laboratory under this chapter shall report to the President of the Board of Health, within 24 hours, the results of all bacteriological and serological examinations showing the presence of any actively contagious, epidemic or communicable disease, together with the name and address of the person showing evidence of the disease and the name and address of the physician in attendance on the case.
