§ 853.03 LICENSE APPLICATIONS.
   (A)   In addition to the license application requirements of Chapter 801, an application for the license required in § 853.02 shall include a description of the premises where the business is to be conducted.
   (B)   The President of the Board of Health shall then make or cause to be made an investigation of the premises described in the application for the purpose of determining the fitness and suitability of the premises for the conduct of the business from a sanitary standpoint and as to whether or not the applicant has complied with the state laws and provisions of these Codified Ordinances regulating health, sanitation and safety, so as to safeguard properly the lives and health of the employees engaged on the premises. The President shall also investigate the accuracy and reliability of the work done or to be done in the laboratory and as to whether or not the person in charge or to be in charge of the laboratory is of good reputation, experienced and qualified to do or supervise the work for which the laboratory is to be maintained.
