(A) Supervision of cleanliness. The owner or keeper of a hotel shall thoroughly cleanse the hotel, to the satisfaction of the President of the Board of Health, as often as shall be required by or in accordance with any regulation of the Board or order of the President.
(B) Inspections. Every hotel operated or maintained in the city shall be inspected under and by the authority of the President of the Board at least once every year.
