For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
HARDWARE OR PAINT STORE. Any building, room or premises operated, maintained or conducted for the sale, or offering or keeping for sale, of any hardware, machinery, iron or steel, tools, cutlery, tinware, enamelware, paint, varnish or oil.
