A temporary food service establishment shall comply with all of the provisions of this chapter which are applicable to its operation. However, the health authority may augment the requirements (when needed to ensure the service of safe food), may prohibit the sale of certain potentially hazardous food and may modify specific requirements for physical facilities when in his or her opinion no imminent health hazard will result.
