For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
FILLING STATION. A room, building, place, lot, yard, plant or premises where containers or tanks, either portable or stationary and containing ether, carbon bisulphite, gasoline, naphtha, benzol, hydrocarbon (gas drips), liquefied petroleum gas, acetone, kerosene, turpentine or other inflammable liquids, having a flashpoint below 165°F, are kept or located for the purpose of selling, offering for sale or distributing any liquid from any container or tank.
