§ 835.01 DEFINED.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE AND SUPPLY STORE. A building, room, place or establishment wherein the business of selling or offering for sale or exchange of electrical appliances and supplies of any nature or description is conducted.
