§ 833.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall conduct what is commonly known as a dry goods store, children’s wear store, corset shop, dress shop, vanity goods store, fur shop, gift shop, hosiery shop, millinery store, men’s furnishing store or lingerie store without first obtaining a license therefor.
