(A) Definition. For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DRY CLEANING BRANCH STORE. A business for the receiving and delivering of clothing or fabric of any kind for the purpose of cleaning or renovating the clothing or fabric for profit or reward, provided that none of the actual work on the clothes or fabric is done at the store.
(B) License required. No person shall engage in or carry on, in the city, the business of a dry cleaning branch store without first obtaining a license therefor.
