§ 832.01 DRY CLEANERS AND DRY CLEANING ESTABLISHMENTS.
   (A)   Definition. For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      DRY CLEANER. A person who keeps or uses more than two quarts of gasoline, naphtha, benzine or other volatile oils for the purpose of cleaning or renovating any clothing or article of wearing apparel or any fabric of any kind for profit or reward.
   (B)   License required. No person shall engage in or carry on, in the city, the occupation of dry cleaner without first obtaining a license for each dry cleaning establishment proposed to be conducted by the person.
