§ 830.09 SHEET METAL AND FURNACE WORKERS.
   (A)   License required. No person shall conduct a business to do work commonly known as sheet metal work, including hot air furnace installation or repair, metal ceiling or gutter work or any other kind of sheet metal work, in or about any building in the city, without first obtaining a license therefor.
   (B)   Compliance with building regulations; inspection of work. A person who is licensed as required in division (A) hereof shall comply with the provisions of these Codified Ordinances relating to buildings and any other ordinance applying to the conduct of the business licensed under this section. Work done by the person is subject to inspection by the Director of Public Works.
   (C)   Removal of debris. A person who is licensed as required in division (A) hereof shall, upon the completion of each job, remove all surplus metal or other material within three days after the completion. The metal or material shall not be placed on vacant lots, streets, alleys or parkways, but shall be removed outside the city within the time.
