§ 830.06 INSULATION WORK.
   (A)   License required. No person shall conduct the business of insulating buildings, offer for sale services and material designed to insulate buildings or do any work or perform any services having to do with building insulation on any existing building in the city, without first obtaining a license therefor.
   (B)   Compliance with building regulations; inspection of work. A person who is licensed as required in division (A) hereof shall comply with the provisions of the International Building Code, as codified in Chapter 1420, and any other ordinance applying to the business licensed under this section. Work done by the person is subject to inspection by the Director of Public Works.
   (C)   Removal of debris. A person who is licensed as required in division (A) hereof shall, upon the completion of each job, remove all surplus material within three days after completion. The material shall not be placed on vacant lots, streets, alleys or parkways, but shall be removed outside the city within that time.
