§ 830.05 GLAZING CONTRACTORS.
   (A)   Defined. For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      GLAZING CONTRACTOR. A person who places or replaces any plate glass, window glass, art glass, mirror or obscure or colored glass in any frame, window opening or doorway.
   (B)   License required. No person shall conduct business as a glazing contractor in the city without first obtaining a license therefor.
   (C)   License to cover sheet metal work. In addition to the usual operations of a glazing contractor, as mentioned in division (A) hereof, the license required in division (B) hereof shall apply to store front sheet metal work when the work is done by a glazing contractor.
