(A) License required. No person shall conduct the business of selling and/or installing steam, vapor or hot water boilers in the city without first obtaining a license therefor.
(B) Compliance with building regulations; approval of work. A person who is licensed as required in division (A) hereof shall comply with the provisions of these Codified Ordinances relative to buildings. Work done by the person is subject to the approval of the Director of Public Works.
(C) Removal of debris. A person who is licensed as required in division (A) hereof shall, upon the completion of each job, remove all old or surplus material within three days after the completion. The material shall not be placed on vacant lots, streets, alleys or parkways, but must be removed outside the city within the time.
