The fee for the license shall be $250. The term of the license shall be for one year, to be valid from January through December 31. The license shall be renewed on a yearly basis. At each renewal, the applicant shall provide a current certificate of insurance and a current statement of permission to locate the automated rental machine signed by the owner of the property, business owner or representative thereof, where the automated rental machine will be located.
