For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AUTOMATED RENTAL MACHINE. Any machine which accepts coin, paper money or other remuneration that is intended for use as a vending machine for videos or DVDs for rental at times when no employee or representative of the sponsoring company or organization is present to accept payment.
