§ 827.03 AUTOMATIC MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS.
   (A)   Defined. For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      AUTOMATIC MUSICAL INSTRUMENT. A phonograph, player piano, music box, juke box, motion picture sound machine or other instrument or device capable of producing or reproducing vocal or instrumental sounds and which is governed or controlled by the deposit of a coin or token.
   (B)   License required. No person shall keep or permit to be kept, for gain or profit from operation in the city, an automatic musical instrument without first obtaining a license therefor.
   (C)   License applications. In addition to the license application provisions of Chapter 801, an application for the license required in division (B) hereof shall include the number and a description of the automatic musical instruments intended to be kept for use on the premises.
   (D)   Peace disturbances. No license issued under this section shall permit the operation of an automatic musical instrument at any place or in any manner which will disturb the peace and quiet of persons outside the licensed premises.
