For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ESTABLISHMENT. The entire location of the business operated by the licensee, including but not limited to all rooms, subtenancies and auxiliary or supplemental uses of the business.
PERSON. Any licensee of a licensed business and its agents and/or assigns, or, in the case of an unlicensed establishment, the individuals who would otherwise be licensed. The word PERSON shall also include the vendor and/or owner of any device regulated by this chapter.
