§ 816.03 LOCATION OF PREMISES; INGRESS AND EGRESS.

Every building or place used for and as a billiard, pocket billiard or pool room licensed as required in § 816.01 shall comply with the following conditions.

(A) All patrons thereof shall enter and leave the building by the front door thereof.

(B) The building shall not be located within 600 feet of any church, school or public building.
