§ 811.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BARBER SHOP. A place where a licensed barber pursues his or her calling.
   LICENSED BARBER. An individual licensed by the Department to practice barbering as defined in this Act and whose license is in good standing.
