§ 809.05 AUTOMOBILE TRAILER SALES AND RENTALS.
   (A)   Automobile trailer salesroom defined. As used in this section, AUTOMOBILE TRAILER SALESROOM means any building, structure, premises, enclosure, lot or any other place in the city where the business of dealing in new or used automobile trailers or the rental of the same is conducted or carried on.
   (B)   License required. No person shall manage, conduct or carry on or operate the business of buying, selling, exchanging or renting new or used automobile trailers or parts thereof in any building, structure, premises, enclosure, lot or other place in the city without first obtaining a license therefor.
   (C)   License applications. In addition to the license application requirements of Chapter 801, an application for the license required in division (B) hereof shall include the approximate number of persons to be employed, the location of the place where new or used trailers are to be sold or rented and whether the application is for the selling of both new and used trailers or for the buying, selling and renting of used trailers only. The application must also state whether the business is to be operated in a building, a building and a lot or a lot only.
   (D)   In conjunction with repair shop. If an automobile trailer repair shop or an automobile repair shop is operated or conducted in or on the same building, structure, premises, enclosure, lot or an adjacent building, structure, premises, enclosure or lot, in which an automobile trailer salesroom is managed, conducted, operated or carried on, the person conducting the business is required to take out only one license, and that license shall be the license which requires the payment of the highest license fee.
   (E)   Location. No person shall locate, build, construct or maintain an automobile trailer salesroom licensed as required in division (B) hereof within 200 feet of any building used as a hospital, church or public or parochial school, or the grounds thereof, or on any block in which two-thirds of the buildings on both sides of the street are used principally for residence purposes.
