§ 809.01 PARTS AND ACCESSORIES; LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall engage in the business of selling at wholesale or retail new or secondhand motor vehicle tires, supplies, parts or accessories, whether purchased or exchanged, or kept for sale or exchange, without first obtaining a license therefor.
