§ 804.25 ISSUANCE OF LICENSES TO NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
   (A)   As a condition to the issuance of any type of local retail liquor dealer’s license to a state not-for-profit corporation, organized or operating within the purview of the State General Not For Profit Corporation Act of 1986 (ILCS Ch. 805, Act 105, §§ 101.01 et seq.) or any successor statute, the corporation shall first produce and deliver to the office of the City Liquor Control Commissioner:
      (1)   A true, accurate and complete copy of the annual report for the latest year for which the annual report is required to be filed with the office of the Secretary of State, and written evidence that the original of the annual report has, in fact, been filed with that office; and
      (2)   A true, accurate and complete (as of the date the license application is made) list of the board of directors and all corporate officers, with their respective titles and corporate capacities.
   (B)   The failure of any Illinois not-for-profit corporation, organized and operating within the purview of the Illinois General Not for Profit Corporation Act of 1986 or any successor statute, to furnish and deliver the annual report and list of directors and officers to the office of the City Liquor Control Commissioner shall prevent the issuance of any type of retail liquor dealer’s license applied for by any corporation.
