§ 804.23 RETENTION OF LICENSE; FIXED LOCATION REQUIRED.

No liquor license holder shall maintain a license for more than six months without acquiring a location to operate from. Failure to operate from a fixed location for more than six months shall result in the licensee being subject to a hearing on the matter of the retention of the liquor license.
