§ 804.14 SANITARY CONDITIONS.
   (A)   All premises used for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor, or for the storage of the liquor for sale, shall be in full compliance with the ordinances regulating the condition of premises used for the storage or sale of food for human consumption.
   (B)   No person shall employ, in any premises used for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor, a person who is afflicted with, or who is a carrier of, any contagious, infectious or venereal disease, and no person who is afflicted with or who is a carrier of any disease shall work in or about any such premises or engage in any way in the handling, preparation or distribution of the liquor.
   (C)   This section shall be enforced by, among others, the Board of Health.
