If an alcoholic liquor dealer fails to renew his or her license and pay the license fee by the expiration date of the previous license period, an additional fee equal to 5% of the license fee set forth in Chapter 801 shall be charged for each day after the expiration date that the renewal fee remains unpaid. Delinquency may also result in suspension and/or revocation proceedings before the Liquor Control Commissioner.
