§ 804.12 CHANGE OF LOCATION.
   (A)   A license issued under this chapter shall permit the sale of alcoholic liquor only on the premises described in the application and license. No change of location is permitted unless the proposed new location is in full compliance with all provisions of these Codified Ordinances. Upon written application to the Liquor Control Commissioner, the location of a licensee may be changed.
   (B)   The Commissioner shall issue a written permit allowing the change after determining that the new premises comply with these Codified Ordinances. The written permit, before it becomes operative, shall be countersigned by the Council member of the ward wherein the new premises are located.
