§ 804.10 RECORDS; POSTING; PUBLICATION.
   The Liquor Control Commissioner shall keep a complete record of all licenses issued under this chapter and shall furnish the Superintendent of Police and each Council member with a copy thereof. Upon revocation or suspension of any license, the Commissioner shall immediately give written notice thereof to the Superintendent and send a copy of the revocation or suspension order to Council. The Commissioner shall cause notice of any application for a liquor license, transfer of a license, change of location or notice of hearing because of a violation of any federal, state or local law to be posted in City Hall at least ten working days prior to issuance of the license, the transfer, the change of location or the hearing and shall notify, in writing, the Council member of the ward where the licensed premises are located or are to be located. In addition, the name and home address of each resident applicant or the corporate name, and names and addresses of its officers, as well as the address of the proposed licensed premises, shall be published in a local newspaper at least ten days prior to issuance of the license. The applicant shall be required, as a condition of issuance of a license, to pay the cost of the publication in addition to any other fee required in connection with the license. Payment of the publication fee shall be made to the City Collector at the time the application is submitted.
