§ 804.08 INSURANCE REQUIRED.
   (A)   General insurance coverage requirement. No license shall be issued under this chapter unless the applicant therefore files with the application a certificate by an insurance company authorized to do business in the state, certifying that the applicant has in force and effect the insurance required by state statute. In addition, the applicant shall furnish the name and address of the insurance broker through whom the insurance has been purchased.
   (B)   Coverage for BYO establishments. BYO establishments that do not sell or serve alcoholic liquor but only allow consumption under Bring-Your-Own License as provided for under § 804.06(R) must provide and maintain host liability insurance coverage with the same coverage limits stated in division (A) of this section. If host liability or other similar and approved coverage is not available to an establishment because of the scope of that restaurants operations or other reason, then that establishment must provide liquor liability insurance coverage as required by division (A) of this section.
