(A) The license fees enumerated in this section are for establishments or activities which cannot feasibly be determined solely on a square-foot basis or are fees for special categories to be paid in addition to the fees set forth in § 802.11.
(B) The establishments may or may not have their principal place of business in the city, but they do conduct commercial or industrial activities or business in the city.
