§ 802.12 EXCEPTIONS FOR VENDING MACHINES.

Business regulation certificate fees for vending machines shall be applied to the individual machine, and not to the business location. The vending machines shall not be relocated in the city without the issuance of a new certificate, upon notification, in writing, to the City Collector of the relocation.
