(A) Exterior items of a primarily decorative nature visible from the public right-of-way and associated with the celebration of seasonal events or holidays shall be displayed no earlier than 60 days prior to, and removed no later than 60 days after, the holiday.
(B) A warning shall be issued for the first offense, and there shall be a period of 30 days to comply with the stated regulations.
(C) A citation may be issued for subsequent violations with a minimum penalty of $50 for each violation.
