(A) The City Police Department, City Health Department and/or any other department or officer or agent which the city may designate shall be authorized to enforce this chapter.
(B) Any citizen who desires to register a complaint under this chapter may file a complaint with the City Police Department, City Health Department and/or any other department or officer or agent which the city may designate.
(C) The City Police Department, City Health Department and/or any other department or officer or agent which the city may designate shall, while an establishment is undergoing a licensing or public health inspection, inspect for compliance with this chapter or upon reasonable cause that the chapter is being violated.
(D) Any owner, manager, operator or employee of an establishment regulated by this chapter shall inform persons violating this chapter of the appropriate provisions thereof.
(E) In addition to the remedies provided by the provisions of this chapter, the city, or any person aggrieved by the failure of the owner, operator, manager or other person in control of this section may apply for injunctive relief to enforce these provisions in the Circuit Court of the county.
