(A) Adoption of The Lawn Care Products Application and Notice Act. For the purpose of regulating and controlling the application of lawn care products and notice thereof, there is hereby adopted, by reference, The Lawn Care Products Application and Notice Act (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), being ILCS Ch. 415, Act 65, §§ 1 et seq. (formerly Illinois Revised Statutes Ch. 5, § 851 (1991)), including any subsequent amendments or revisions thereof.
(B) Form of citations. In referring to a violation of any of the provisions of the Act, as adopted in division (A) hereof, the violation shall be noted by referring to this section and listing the section of the Act adopted by reference in division (A) hereof.
(C) Administration and enforcement by City Collector; remedies. This section shall be administered and enforced by the office of the City Collector. Nothing in this section shall prohibit the city from seeking other remedies as prescribed by state law or these Codified Ordinances.
