§ 672.07 REMOVAL OF NOXIOUS AND OFFENSIVE SUBSTANCES.
   (A)   No person shall permit any refuse or animal or vegetable matter, which is liable to become putrid, offensive or injurious to health, to remain on any premises used or occupied by the person for a longer period than four hours at any one time.
   (B)   Every person who has contracted or undertaken to remove any refuse or matter, or who is engaged in any removal or in the loading or unloading thereof, shall do so with dispatch and in a manner as cleanly and free from offense and with as little danger and prejudice to life and health as possible.
