§ 672.05 USE OF PAPER CONTAINERS BY FOOD VENDORS.

No merchant dealing in ice cream, ices or soda waters and other soft drinks shall deliver his or her merchandise in paper cups, cartons, plates or other containers at the curb, in the street or upon sidewalks or roadways.
