§ 672.02 POLLUTION OF WATER; OBSTRUCTION OF WATERCOURSE.
   (A)   No person shall corrupt, or render unwholesome or impure, the water of any drinking hydrant, spring, stream or pond, to the injury or prejudice of others.
   (B)   No person shall obstruct any watercourse, ravine or gutter so as to cause water to stagnate therein, or permit foul or stagnant water to stand upon any premises to the prejudice of others.
