§ 666.04 MUSICAL PERFORMANCES.

No person shall use or perform with a musical instrument, for pay, or in expectation of payment, in any of the streets or public places of the city in any place whereby the public peace and order is disturbed. This section does not apply to any public music performance conducted with the approval of the city, or to a civic or military parade.
