§ 666.03 LOCATION OF MACHINE SHOPS.

No person shall locate, build, construct or maintain a foundry, machine shop or factory, wherein pneumatic hammers, pneumatic shovels or other apparatus, the use of which is attended with loud or unusual noises, is used within 200 feet of any residence.
