(A) No person shall abandon or leave unattended a grocery cart or shopping cart upon a public street, sidewalk or other public way in the city or upon private property adjoining or abutting a public way other than the premises where the cart was originally obtained.
(B) No person shall remove, or license or permit the removal of, grocery carts or shopping carts from the premises and parking lot of the establishment which furnishes the carts.
(C) A copy of this section shall be posted in a conspicuous place in every place of business or establishment which provides grocery carts or shopping carts for the use of its customers or patrons.
