§ 620.20 PURPOSE.

The city is by this enactment a "Welcoming City." The corporate authorities hereby approve the enactments as set forth in this subchapter. The specific purpose of this subchapter is to establish the city's procedures concerning immigration status and enforcement of federal civil immigration laws.
