§ 604.03 IMPERSONATING AN OFFICER.

No person who is not holding an appointment either as a regular, auxiliary or special police officer, or as a watchman, shall act as a police officer in any capacity in the city or wear or possess a star, uniform or other official badge similar to that of a police officer.
